Interactive Personal Trainer - 10 Lessons Face to Face

You can contact me for individual face-to-face training between June 1 - November 1 in Muğla/Datça, and between December 2024 - February 2025 in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

If students come to the region where the trainer is located, the fee for 10 lessons is $1000. If the trainer goes to the area where the student is located, the price will vary depending on the distance to be traveled.

Topics such as target race selection, proper nutrition, use of equipment and race preparation are covered.

Special training models for strength training and weight loss are also carried out within the scope of the training.

The first lesson of the trainer is to create a 4-week program within 1 month after a 1-hour preliminary meeting and to implement this program with daily WhatsApp training and nutrition control communication.
