CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL: By placing an order through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG:27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legal regulations concerning the sale and delivery of purchased products.

Shipping fees for the delivery of products are to be paid by the buyer.

Each purchased physical product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased physical product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any applicable warranty documents and user manuals.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of the situation and must refund the total amount within 14 days.

IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID: If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller is no longer obliged to deliver the product.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD: If, after the delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the payment is not made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller’s expense.

IF DELIVERY IS DELAYED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: If unforeseen force majeure events prevent delivery, the seller will notify the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation, a replacement product, or postponement of delivery until the issue is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the refund will be processed within 14 days. If paid by credit card, the amount is refunded to the bank within 14 days, though it may take 2–3 weeks to reflect in the buyer’s account.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT: The buyer must inspect the goods/services prior to accepting delivery; damaged or defective items (e.g. crushed, broken, torn packaging) should not be accepted. Once accepted, the goods are deemed undamaged. The buyer is responsible for preserving the product after delivery. To use the right of withdrawal, the item must not be used and the invoice must be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The buyer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract by notifying the seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to them or the designated recipient, without any legal or penal obligation and without any justification.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: If the purchase is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has begun with the consumer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period. All expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.

To use the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must not have been used and must comply with the "Non-Returnable Products" terms of this contract.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be included (if the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must be provided). The return form, product box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be returned complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS: The seller must return the total amount and any obligations of the buyer within 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, and collect the product within 20 days.

If the product’s value is reduced due to the buyer’s fault or return becomes impossible, the buyer must compensate the seller accordingly. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deterioration due to proper use during the withdrawal period.

If the return causes the order to fall below a campaign threshold, the discount will be canceled.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS: Products customized per the buyer’s request or clearly for personal use, underwear bottoms, swimsuits, cosmetics, disposable items, perishable goods, digital products, and products unfit for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery are non-returnable.

Also excluded are goods mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, subscriptions (excluding periodicals), and intangible goods or instantly delivered digital content.

Books, downloadable software, DVDs, CDs, cassettes, stationery (e.g. toner, cartridges, ribbons) must be returned unopened and unused.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES: If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they agree to pay interest and accept responsibility per the card agreement with their bank. Legal costs and attorney fees may be claimed by the bank. The buyer also agrees to compensate the seller for any damages due to late payment.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY: You may shop on our site using any credit card with options for one-time or installment payments. Once your order is completed, your card will be charged accordingly.
