Order Delivery

We deliver the physical products you order to the cargo company in full and perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the products are not damaged when receiving them from the cargo company. You must notify the cargo company representative about any damages that may occur during the delivery of the products to you before receiving them from the cargo company. If you are not satisfied with the products after receiving them, please see the Product Return section.

Order Delivery Time

Our handcrafted products are prepared according to your orders, starting from the moment you order them. There is information under each product on how many business days it will be completed. You will be informed through the cargo company as soon as they are completed and shipped. After delivering your products to the cargo company, your products will be delivered within an average of 3 business days within Istanbul and within an average of 5 business days outside Istanbul. Weekend orders placed after 14:00 on Friday afternoon will be delivered starting from Monday. All orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be processed on Monday, so you may not receive them before Tuesday. There is no delivery on Sundays.
