It will take place 5 days a week between APRIL 28 - MAY 18, 2025.
-Lessons will take place online via Zoom for 1 hour between 06:00-07:00 Turkey time.
-Lessons are a group version of private lessons, so no registration will be made for the lessons.
-If you miss your lesson time, you can attend the 07:00 and 10:00 lessons that continue throughout the day.
There is no make-up day if you miss the day, you will be supported with homework videos on that day.
-The program is suitable for everyone between the ages of 16-60.
-With 9 simple materials, all the functional training methods are used to lose weight and all the tips for a fit lifestyle are taught.
